About Me
I am a Belgian football scout with several years of experience in scouting and international talent identification. Over the years, I have developed my expertise by working across different football markets, including Belgium and the Nordic region, building a strong foundation in player evaluation and market knowledge.
After two years of working as a local scout in Belgium, am I now in my fourth season as an International Scout, focusing on identifying, analysing, and reporting on talent across different environments.
As part of my development, I completed the full scouting pathway at IPSO Football, following all courses within the programme. In December 2025, I also graduated from the UEFA Elite Scout Program, which further strengthened my understanding of scouting at the highest level.
Through my experience and education, I have developed a strong passion for talent identification, player analysis, and building knowledge within different football markets.
Important info
This experience is free of charge, but it is also unpaid. Scouts in the network will not work directly for a football club, and this programme is completely separate from the club I currently work for.
The expected scouting workload will be discussed during the introductory meeting, as well as whether the focus will be on youth level or first-team level. The duration of the collaboration is not fixed, and all aspects remain open for discussion. This allows both sides to explore the partnership in a flexible and transparent way.
